41 yo who presented to Dr. Dumestre after undergoing double mastectomy with flat closure for a left breast cancer. Desired hybrid DIEP flap and implant reconstruction. First needed to stretch the skin to make room for the DIEP flap. Photos: Before; 3 months after expander placement; 3 months after expander removal and DIEP flap placement; 8 months following implant placement (high profile 520cc silicone 'gummy bear' implants), liposuction contouring, creating of belly button (initial belly button removed as her belly was very tight and belly button would have ended up too low right by the scar) performed by Dr. Dumestre.
