Stage 1 - bilateral implant to DIEP flap conversion with capsulectomy and muscle repair
Stage 2 - Fat grafting and left breast mastopexy with PDO mesh
Stage 3 - Right breast 2nd round fat grafting, hybrid reconstruction with 125ml moderate profile implant and PDO mesh placement under DIEP flap.
