33 yo with strong genetic risk for breast cancer seeking preventative mastectomy with immediate DIEP flap reconstruction performed by Dr. Dumestre. For thin patients, one way to build up the breast size is to transfer fat from liposuction to the breasts. This allows around 1/2 cup size increase per surgery.
