This is a 34-year-old female who presented to our office desiring a fuller look. She chose to undergo a bilateral breast augmentation with silicone “soft touch” implants using a “hidden scar” technique with the incisions in the inframammary fold (fold of the breasts). She is very pleased with her results. Results are three months after surgery.
